Started at the kitchen table
ICY EDIBLES began with my kids and a simple dream right at home. What started as a fun family project making sweet treats quickly grew into something so much bigger. We set out to reinvent confections by pairing bold, creative flavors and eye-catching visual styles with honest, wholesome ingredients sourced locally right here in Minnesota.
Mentoring tomorrow's leaders
As our venture expanded, our doors opened wide to local young people. Working side by side, our youth master food preparation skills, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and leadership. For many, ICY EDIBLES is far more than a job—it is a safe harbor to gain confidence, discover self-worth, and build an inspiring pathway forward.

Every treat we prepare stands apart. We purchase fresh seasonal fruit directly from local farmers and farmers markets, pairing them with organic, natural candy coatings. Every batch delivers crisp flavor and creative artistry while directly investing back into our community growers and youth artisans.
